I enthusiastically endorse Noel Lutsey for the office of Anoka County Commissioner. Noel has been an outstanding leader in MAPE from being a steward defending the rights of his coworkers to being the President of his local. He has shown leadership and community engagement with a commitment to diversity.
- Chet Jorgenson MAPE Statewide President
Noel is one of the most level-headed leaders I’ve had the opportunity to work with in my 26 years of ministry. His character is above reproach. He’ll lead with a deep sense of integrity and fairness. He’ll listen to the voices of all the people in Anoka County.
- Paul Moore, Pastor of Chain of Lakes Church

I am excited to endorse Noel Lutsey for Anoka County Commissioner District 2. I have known Noel for approximately 5 years. I am in the Blaine Ham Lake Rotary and Chain of Lakes Church with him. Noel is truly a community minded person. I have seen him work on many projects such as mission work in Guatemala, clean water projects, grants, Rotary President, as well as deep involvement at church. You never see Noel without a smile and a can-do attitude. I believe that Anoka County would be even a better, safer place to live, if Noel was serving from this position.
- Rebecca Booker, 24 year Blaine resident, retired RN and Firefighter
Noel has been a great fellow Rotarian. His leadership and hard work he provided as President of the Blaine Ham Lake Rotary Club gives me no concerns he would do the same as Anoka County Commissioner. I have no doubts he would listen to people of Anoka County.

My wife Sarah and I are the owners of multiple small businesses in the Andover MN area. We mainly own and operate Snap Fitness Andover and Level Up Training. We focus on health from a mind, body, and spirit perspective, investing in the individual (of all ages) to meet them where they are to establish a base camp for personal, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth.Noel has been a part of our amazing community for over 2 years and has become a force of positivity, support, relationship building, ideas for growth and more. There are very few who have not felt Noel’s presence in our community, and it is all positive (minus his obsession with sweets). He is always thinking of others and has the most consistent positive attitude of anyone we have had in our club.
Noel’s genuine and honest nature is the reason above all else that we endorse him. True humility and self-honesty are a tall order in today’s world and it’s something that is easy to identify because of its rarity. Noel has a strong sense of right and wrong and is true to that. That may seem cliché, but at its true core it is a noble character trait and one that requires a great deal of self-awareness, humility, and work. He is a true servant and that is what our world needs, not just our county. We can think of no one better for this position and support him as a candidate fully.
- Dan and Sarah Heins, Andover residents and Business Owners
I am honored to endorse Noel Lutsey for Anoka County Commission. I have worked with Noel for over 5 years at Anoka Technical College and have always known him to be a leader of character, equality, and authentic care and support for people. As a campus leader, he worked alongside me and other college administrators identifying challenges that stifle student access and progression, along with offering ideas to enhance the college experience for non-traditional students. Noel has always served as a bridge and consensus builder between a variety of stakeholders with competing interests. He consistently has an unwavering positive outlook on a variety of issues, and collaboratively work with diverse groups to find solutions to impact the greater good.
Because of Noel’s humility and high regard for humanity, it’s with honor and gratitude that I support him. Noel Lutsey will serve Anoka County with integrity, fairness, and a wholehearted commitment to enhance the life and well-being of all Anoka County residents. I fully endorse Noel Lutsey for Anoka County Commission – District 2.
- Dr. Kimberly Roan, Business Owner and Public Servant
I take great pleasure in offering my wholehearted endorsement of Noel Lutsey for Anoka County Commissioner. I’ve known Noel for many years as members of the Rotary Club of Blaine and Ham Lake. Noel has a passion for community service and is a joy to work alongside. His positive attitude and smile are infectious. He is genuine in his care and concern for those around him and I have no doubt that will extend to the residents of District 2. Noel has an integrity that is sorely lacking in many government officials and that is just what is needed, now more than ever. He leads with honesty and transparency and will be an outstanding guardian for us on the County Commission.

I am pleased to endorse Noel Lutsey for Anoka County Commissioner. As worker, motivator, community servant, and leader, you will find that he has an uncommon energy about him to accomplish many things, especially in the service of others. I believe as Commissioner he will put the people of Anoka County first, especially those who truly are in need of help.
- John Altrichter, 20+ yr Ham Lake resident
It is often said blessed Is the hand that gives than that which receives, Noel Lutsey has always been a perfect example to me and to others around him with his sense of generosity. Noel has been a very honest and genuine person for all the years I have known him, who is more about giving back to his community much more than what he wants for himself. In our society today, politicians make more promises and take less actions. However, I am well pleased to endorse Noel Lutsey for Anoka county commission because he understands the needs of our community and can take action.

We have each had the pleasure of serving on the Chain of Lakes Church Session with Noel Lutsey within the past few years. Noel is a patient, attentive listener; thoughtful with ideas for action; and a consensus builder. He has the skill set and temperament to excel as Anoka County Commissioner!
- Justin & Sally Leitch, Chain of Lakes Church
Noel effectively led MAPE Union Local 1301 as the president for many years. He listened to all and actively solicited input. He kept on top of key matters and shared action items with the local. Noel values the community in which he lives and as a part of the local, looked for ways to give back to the community, which involved both monetary donations and volunteering. I know in Noel's personal time, he is very involved in several community organizations, volunteering his time and looking for ways to assist in improving the livelihoods for youth and adults. I wholeheartedly believe Noel would be an excellent choice as Anoka County Commissioner.
- Dawn Larue-Wittwer
I've known Noel for close to ten years as part of the Blaine-Ham Lake Rotary Club. We've worked on many projects together in our community and he is exactly the person needed for the Commissioner position. He is fair, level-headed, smart, and an all around great person.
- Jason Johnson
Noel Lutsey is genuine and trustworthy. He is loyal, committed, faithful, and energetic. Noel cares about the community and wants to truly make the world a better place by serving others more. I met Noel through church, but got to know him better when we both started training for a marathon via World Vision to raise money for water wells in Africa. Noel was supportive of me when I had never previously trained. He ran with me and cheered me on as a running companion. Noel completed his training and ran in the marathon, raising funds for the much needed clean water half way around the world. Noel puts his convictions and passions to action and I know he will do a fantastic job as an Anoka County Commissioner. Vote for him with confidence!
